Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, activity logs, routes, gear lists, and all other personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Delete via the mobile app

  1. Open the TrailWise app and tap the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Delete via the web

  1. Navigate to your Profile page.
  2. Click the Delete Account button.
  3. Confirm the account deletion in the popup box.

Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access your account, email us at contact@trailwise.io and we will delete your account within 48 hours.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account.
